This is a great gluten, dairy and nut free cake.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Gluten free flour
- 3 tbs Cocoa
- 1 tbs Baking Soda
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Method
Sift and pour into a medium-sized cake tin. Make three holes in mixture, one each for
- 6 Tb Oil
- 1 Tb Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Pour 1 cup of water over mixture and mix throughly with spoon. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 min.
